  We moved most of our home ourselves, but had a few "heavy" items left as well as 25 glass display cases that we were needing help with. The movers were fantastic they double wrapped the cases as we asked and carefully moved them out of the basement into the truck drove them 100+ miles. Then drove them up a steep curvy driveway and took them up more stairs. Not one piece of glass broke in the process. I wish I had thought sooner to have them move the entire house contents!

  This is hard to rate. Most everything on Blue Line's end was very good. David was professional and answered all my questions. The packers who came were very friendly and packed things very securely. The problems began when our things left the house. First there wasn't enough room on a truck, so we had to wait. When it finally arrived about 10 days later, the guy opened the truck and it looked like a disaster. I could see two of my totes that were completely destroyed right off the bat. Ultimately, we had to throw away three bookshelves, an entertainment center, and there is still a box missing. Filed damage claims, United said I could settle for about half that, OR it would take 6-8 weeks for a full investigation. I expected more from the 5-figure bill I paid. So, Blue Line in Cedar Falls = very good. United/Mayflower as a whole, = very poor.

  The crew was top notch and great to work with. I moved a 4000SF house about 1300 miles. Carl ( driver) and Julie are excellent and kept me updated throughout. My items arrived quickly and in good shape. The whole experience was great and definitely highly recommend.
