The people at junk King were very very professional. They showed up on time or a little early, and once it was pointed out to them what needed to be taken out, they got on it right away and everything was done in about less than 20 minutes. The customer service people were very very friendly and they were very professional and very polite and we're very nice enough to answer any of my questions. And it is awesome that they allowed me to add to my already existing order to get rid of other things. I do not blame them though for making a person putting a mattress cover over a very old mattress, because with nasty things like bed bugs in them that have infested a mattress in the long term past, they put safety and health of their workers at a premium. I've worked with them once before back in 2020 when an old couch was taken out and they never steered me wrong about their service. Overall I am very pleased with their performance and I would put this on my extremely highly recommended list of businesses in Waterloo at this is a great company to use for removal of junk and other stuff that you don't need. Plus they are not very overpriced about the amount of what it's going to cost to move some stuff out. So even on a low income budget, it even works the best. If anybody leave the negative reviews about junk king, then they obviously don't know about the good service that someone like me has. 5 out of five stars and a personal 10 out of 10 rating. I highly recommend this place to those people who want to use an alternative instead of always having to wait for the dumpers and having to pay crazy fees and sometimes we won't even take your stuff. Junk King will take things that the dumpers will never take. Old furniture, old beds and mattresses that you don't need anymore, plus other things. Brennan and Noah were awesome! Very professional and nice guys. They arrived on time and kept me up to date on their arrival. Only had 5 or so larger items to be hauled but they were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Needed quick removable of old appliances/furniture/odds and ends because a vendor I previously scheduled notified me the night before that services would be double the cost originally quoted. Enter Junk King; they were right on time. They were professional, accommodating; did an excellent job and very reasonable.as it relates to cost. Would absolutely use their services again.
