  There are not enough words nor time to gush about how amazing Rich and Boise River Logistics are so Ill just briefly tell our story...we hired Rich to move us from Orange County CA to the Boise area...from start to finish Rich was great with information, advice and continued follow-up and communication...but what was even more amazing was that our move was setup for early on a Saturday morning and the afternoon before Rich calls me to let mw know he encountered horrible winds in the early part of his trek from Idaho down to our So Call home and these winds tore apart his trailer rendering it useless for our move...you can imagine the anxiety this caused on our end having gutted our home with everything staged in our garage and driveway and friends and family scheduled to help us load...Rich was so apologetic and concerned in helping us and reassured us that he had a contingency in place where he could drive to an acquittance's home hours and hours away to borrow his trailer to make sure we still got moved on our scheduled day...later that same evening before our move Rich called again to say his contingency plan wasn't going to work and that he found a place in Utah that would open early the next morning to sell him a new trailer...Rich arranged this...bought a new 30' trailer (for goodness knows how much money) and got back on the long road to us arriving about ten hours after previously scheduled...i think a lesser person cancels the job and would've stranded us with no options...not Rich...and this to our family speaks to his incredible character and integrity and his unbelievable commitment to his business...we have already and will continue to recommend and refer Rich to anyone we know making an out of state move into the Boise Idaho area...you can not go wrong with Rich and Boise River Logistics!
