I rented a storage for 2 years. the storage had a previous water leak that I was assured was fixed. the leak was not fixed and at least half my belongings got soaked and was ruined. many of them antiques. during the covid virus I became short on money due to lack of work. instead of being understanding, they charged me late fees, said they were auctioning my stuff, and we're charging me 50$ inventory fees. even tho I've always paid them the last 2 years. do yourself a favor, DO NOT rent from them. they don't care about you, your stuff, or the community. they just want your money

Drew (the owner) has been great to work with. He's a straight shooter that provides a good service at a fair price. The property and storage units are clean and well maintained.

I had a difficult move with more than I could handle with the 26' Uhaul truck. The owner hooked us up with the largest trailer they had and we still weren't done. We got a fair deal on a storage unit for what was left. My experience was positive the whole time and the owner was more than helpful. Thank you Star Storage!
