This place is amazing. The office staff made my move out incredibly easy. Definitely try to deal with this local office before calling Central self storage 800 number. As for the rent increases, yes it did happen. It's unavoidable with growth and development. However it's still cheaper than other storage in the valley.

We have been renting here since 2009. The rent has gone up almost every six months. I have a great spot, its very close to my house, and is the only reason I have not went looking for another storage. Covered RV storage is limited in the area, and an open spot this size is hard to come by. So be prepared for Expensive fee, poor customer service, and your rate going up every six months. No discount for long term renter. I would go to the other storage place down the street, but they don't have the same size space (short 3-5feet). They are cheaper. Someone could make a killing with an RV storage covered lot here in Star. $199 a spot per month would be great.
