This place has the best prices in Asheville. The drive is very convenient..right off new Leicester hwy, going into Patton avenue. Security cameras are installed very good. I'm talking about triple cameras in just 1 corner... That made me feel at ease. Also you have 24 hr access. Highly recommend.

Takes hours to reach customer service and then no one knows anything. Get call back saying unit is accessible, and overlook still on, and half an hour reach different customer service who doesn't even know where units are. Terrible people to deal with.

Of all the storage units in the Asheville and surrounding areas, I lucked up when finding Ace Storage! The owner, Jose, is such a wonderful man to work with. He went above and beyond what most owners would do for a customer. Their prices are great and the facility is well taken care of. As a new resident to the area, as long as I need storage space, Ace Storage is my place. Recommend them highly.
