  I had a good experience which did not match the bad reviews. I hadn't read the reviews so I just took a shot with them moving my piano. I was a bit concerned after asking about the insurance - 60 cents per pound just doesn't cut it if moving an expensive piano. Bryan said "don't worry about it I've never dropped a piano", which was both comforting and not, at the same time. I think I would have preferred "if it's expensive and important to you, you can buy extra insurance through the recommendations on our site". BUT - they showed up very friendly, professional. I felt comfortable with them. All wore masks. Had the piano moved in about 20 minutes (from downstairs to upstairs), and helped me break apart a desk for no extra cost. I like these guys and would like to use them for my next move based on my experience. The other reviews do give me pause though.

  Please do not hire this moving company. They claim to be professional and insured but are not. The movers came to move heavy fridge and deep freezer with no dolly, dropped a piece of furniture and damages our new wood floors, damaged a door in the house I was moving into and damaged two pieces of furniture. When I spoke with the owner he acted like he didn't want to make a claim on the insurance and that I should pay for the repairs! Please look elsewhere for your moving needs in Boulder!

  I was reluctant to use this company due to the bad reviews but I had a last minute move and this was the only one not booked out. In hindsight, I should have moved my self. The movers stole my wife’s expensive bose wireless headphones. They saw it when a desk drawer opened and the headphones that were in the desk drawer weren’t there when she went to grab them the morning after the move. That was $380 to replace The movers also dropped a piece of art and a block of wood fell off the piece. They lost the piece or threw it away because it was no where to be found. I was unable to repair the art piece and had to throw the rest away. The owner was not helpful and asked me to look around some more for the broken off piece. Overall even if you are in a pinch I would not recommend using this company. Don’t ignore the negative reviews like I did.

  Thanks for your review Ben. I would remind you that you never said anything to me about missing head phones. You asked about a wood block of some sort that was missing and I asked the guys . They said they remembered putting some of the loose items that were not packed in a draw. That is what I told you. Not really much more I can do about it. I would remind you that we were not supposed to be doing any packing. You said you had that taken care of. If the movers show up and you have all kinds of loose items that you choose not to pack than that does increase the chances of things getting lost. If they were so valuable why did you not pack them up. It seems less than credible to mention these unpacked head phones now when you never talked to me about it. If a loose piece of wood got misplaced during your move than I am sorry but you did not value it enough to pack it and now you claim it was all the movers fault?
