  Highly recommended! They are very professional no nonsense team. I was given full details verbally and in the email format. There were no hidden fees. Only charged me $50 down and didn’t ask for money until after job was done. Both movers were very good, came right on time and finished everything within 2 hours . I only had one bedroom worth of stuff but they still brought a huge truck and also handled everything with care. Will use them again.

  MOVER BEWARE! Unless you want scratched, broken or newly discovered missing boxes! This is a cautionary tale. I purposely waited to review to reflect and make sure I was not posting something out of pure emotions, but facts. First- I understand you get what you pay for and that is most certainly the case here. Moving from Lubbock, we used a Professional moving company and with one small item ( they paid to repair) the move from 5.5 hours away was an enjoyable experience. This company, is the precise opposite of that experience. We moved less than 20 miles from an apartment into a house and had moved 70% of our smaller boxes and all loose items leaving the larger/ stored boxes and furniture for these movers. I read some reviews before hiring and thought they would do a fine job for what we had- I was wrong! Although I understand my quote included 2 men and 1 truck at an hourly rate, I have a pretty good understanding of the timeframe it takes to load our items and unload them. Especially when all but a few items are already broken down. Three guys show up. A more mature gentleman, a 30’s gentleman and a young man. I am of the mindset that if there are 3 movers it may even go along a little faster. It took over 2-3 hours just to load up our tiny apartment and items in garage storage. I saw two of the guys were working fairly effectively but one was not. It was even mentioned by one of the guys how lazy the young man in this situation was. Fast forward to the unload. Our items were brought in, there was a fiasco with my hutch and I’m still not convinced it’s not broken on the interior after the loud crack that came from the older gentleman trying to rock it upright on the small legs vs having help. Several items were scratched or dinged or broken. (While yes- that is superficial) it’s the clear disregard for our personal items that I cannot overlook. I wrote an email with photos while the guys were here to document what I was seeing. The guys called me nit picky (in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand) and clearly didn’t care. Did I mention part of my email was concern they were going to hurt themselves by how they were lifting and moving- it was a train wreck! I spoke with the owner on the phone - wow! The most unprofessional, condescending person I’ve spoken with. Things like “you think you know” ,“we are professionals and know better”, “ you weren’t even paying for the 3rd guy”, what it is you want? I said I wanted accountability for the damage caused. He said $50 off that make you happy! Ummmm NO- and it wasn’t about the money!!! It was the fact that my semi expensive furniture was damaged and broken and no care was given! Not to mention the boxes were stacked in a way that they fell over and multiple boxes of glass items (labeled fragile) are ruined too. Unless you want damaged and broken items with a side of attitude and unprofessionalism- steer clear!

  Easy to schedule, office guys very polite and knowledgeable. Mover's were professional and respectfully. a friend recommend me Braxton Movers and so happy to hire this company to move us, highly recommend !!!
