On time and on point. Our driver was excellent and did a great job communicating pick up and delivery times. In fact, our furniture showed up earlier than planned! The pack and unpack teams were excellent as well. We’ve moved ten times and this one was by far our best ever.

I chose the right company to make my move. They were professional, on time and very courteous. The salesman/estimator was very accurate. He estimated my load within 50 lbs of the actual weight. These are professionals that know their business. The truck driver was the best of all. He was efficient, helpful, organized and cleaned up everything. There were no damages, and everything got put in the correct place on the unload. I will be using them again when I move. HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Overall the experience went well. Our furniture was delivered properly. I am only giving 3 stars as I had to do most of the communication work in order to stay on top of the move. I was told agents would reach out on specific days but never heard from them unless I initiated contact. The actual movers who were contracted in both states were great, but the business behind the move was not very helpful or organized for such an expensive and stressful move.
