The packing service left a lot to be desired as the 2 initial individuals had a poor attitude and did not pack items carefully. They also complained consistently throughout the whole process. On a different note the loading/unloading/transport crew ,which was different then the packing crew, did an excellent job! Juan Martinez in particular was great throughout the whole process and took great care with our items while providing a high quality service. In summary, the packing experience was poor and would not use again, however definitely recommend Juan to anyone for a move!
