  I tried to contact them to post their loads correctly on the load boards. Ray was really unprofessional. Told me to turn my alarms off. I have never held for them because they do not pay very well. I would stay away.

  I have never seen such an unprofessional company!! And thieves at that! My husband has worked for this company for only a month and has only received ONE pay check!!! ONE, The lady in settlements has NO common sense, and they can’t get anything straight. There is always loads and pay missing from each check to the point we “apparently” owe them! Also there is a recruiter named “Carly” that LOVES to send inappropriate messages to married employees! Do NOT work for this company!!

  Company contracted us to haul a load for them when we called the customer to verify the load details they told us that what we had was incorrect when we contacted Buchanan regarding this issue the lady on the phone transferred us to some guy who was down right rude on the phone stating that we had no business contacting the customer and verifying what they had on the rate confirmation. they then stated they were pulling us from any future loads and taking us off the current load.. HAULER BEWARE!! information is NOT Accurate
