Nice clean you store facility. No staff on-site. Payments are made at a kiosk where you can video chat with a customer service representative about any questions you may have. Key and lock provided at the kiosk as well. I would suggest stating you want one on the lower level or your going to have to carry everything up a long staircase. Good prices.

When I made my reservation the monthly rate for a 10 x 15 unit was $20 for the current special. When I went to pay for it I was told it was $20 +$19.99 for a move-in fee that I was not told about. I was then told that I talked to a third-party vendor and that they could waive the $19.99 move-in fee however the rate was $35 a month instead of $20 and the following months rent would be $39. Reserving the unit was easy enough however the price quotes were way off. The unit is clean and dry.
