I drove here from Texas to move my friend we made a reservation for a tow Dolly with the truck. The man was so rude they didn’t have my dolly the guy proceeded to tell me to shut it down and be quiet. Here did not try to assist me in getting another location or anything really asked me to leave the store when I asked for his help. I would never recommend this location. Bad customer service

Lovely people! Kind and accommodating. Told me to call mymy insurance provider to see if they covered moving truck damages as opposed to purchasing their insurance. Saved me the money that I was willing to pay. I highly recommend Buddys Service Center.

We were rented a truck to pick up on government Blvd, that location is closed as is the only other location in Mobile on range line rd. Very deceptive as I’m not going over an hour to pick the truck up in Biloxi, Mississippi!
