  I have had an extremely bad experience using this company. The movers didn’t assemble ANYTHING even though I requested this service. I was told they left their tools on another truck.I understand they had to move items inside and it was hot so I provided water bottles for them just to find they left their trash on my floor. They also didn’t wear mask or clean the stains they left all over my door and on the stairs railing. Some furniture that needed to be upstairs was left in the garage . They also left 2 holes in my wall.I’m extremely displeased. Avoid this company

  Worst move I have ever experienced. (I have done 5 with National moving company) Over $3500 worth of damage reimbursed because I purchased full replacement insurance. They did not fix damage to walls, door trim, carpet. Company said it could be normal ware and tare. Brand new construction, that was closed on the day before they delivered the load. They couldn't get a piece of exercise equipment in, so rather than sending someone to disassemble, they just left in garage. I paid a professional company $250 to take it apart and put it back together in the home. Workers were carrying items with one hand and checking Facebook with the other, while dinging up walls. Response to issues have gone silent. I would not suggest these people for a move.

  Move coordinator was nice crew at origin seemed good and packers were nice but the young guy was on his phone the whole time was delivered promptly but lots of damage which occurred obviously in how truck was packed our brand new refrigerator has dents in top side front door top of door is very damaged and one door is 1/4 “ down from other lost parts to reassemble a futon bed and also took big chunk of wood out of arm many broken items in kitchen two platters in particular that were given to me 50 years ago by my mother in law are broken in pieces can’t replace those many more items broken from kitchen and a custom framed picture glass broken in many pieces no paper around just put three pictures together wrapped in Paper and boxed have tried for days to get coordinator to get carton pick up scheduled no response we called local Colman ourself and got a carton pickup for Thursday people at Coleman in Las Vegas seem on top of things not so on Alabama not happy with this move at all and cost 11000.00 can’t say I would recommend Coleman/Allied
