  Cheryl was very helpful! The general customer service line for budget truck rental wasn't helpful at all and even set up a reservation for me without even confirming the truck that I wanted was available, which it was not . I'm giving 5 stars for Cheryl and recommend others to call the local number at this location than the 1800...

  Went to pick up RESERVED truck day of Move, and it wasn't there. Lady at desk simply says corporate was supposed to call us.. bullshit.. then they had the audacity to charge us 50 bucks on the credit card days later as a " no show fee" .. place is slimy and a scam. Literally a SCAM. Reported to BBB, and found out this is a common complaint there .. do not use budget rental ! Almost guaranteed they will try and scam you out of money one way or another. And certainly don't depend on their services, if for some reason you still decide to use them after reading this, you better have a back up plan. Don't say nobody warned you! Buyer beware!

  Called ahead of time to ask if they had a 26 ft truck the lady said yes, made a reservation to pick up the truck, get all the way there and she says she can’t rent it to me. 😡 waste of time and gas when she could have said over the phone she couldn’t rent it out. 🤷🏽‍♀️
