  "Well, we reserved a truck over a month before the anticipated move. Was provided a confirmation number for the reservation and told to arrive before two pm last Saturday to pick up a truck. The understanding being that we were reserved a truck that was going to be returned before the office closed. We arrived 15 minutes before two pm, the scheduled time for the Budget office to close is two pm, and found a closed office and no trucks on the lot. So, we called the national office to assist and even with a confirmation number they were unwilling and unable to assit other then calling back later to tell us that a truck was available out of our way. By that time we had already obtained a truck from the Uhaul down the street. Thank goodness for the help from the Uhaul office that saved our move for the day. I will never use Budget's services again and want to thank the Uhaul office in Milford for going out of their way to help save the day."
