  I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Move was scheduled to move a hot tub on Sunday 3/18/18. Because of inclement weather on the Saturday before the move, I was told by a rep at the call center in Indianapolis that it would be rescheduled for either Monday or Tuesday. Considering the circumstances, it was understandable (even though Sunday ended up being 50 and all snow was gone before the timeframe of my original move time). The manager at the local branch said they would try to schedule me in on Tuesday and would call me on Monday. After waiting all day, I call them at 4:00 pm to find out an update. I was told the earliest they could schedule me in was the following Saturday because they were overbooked by the call center. Thank you very much Here to There Movers for putting the close of sale of our family's previous home in jeopardy due to the new owner not wanting to have a tub on their property. Thank you for making me consider disposing my investment in a hot tub in order to try to get it off the old property. Oh, and thank you for trying to charge me $150 more than a local company who was willing to come out and take care of the job on Wednesday after I hired them on Tuesday. If I could rate zero stars I would. If there really is this much of a disconnect in communication between their call center and the local branch, then something needs to be fixed. Otherwise, I don't see how this company expects to remain in business.

  Absolutely awful experience. Used the Groupon and I regret not reading these reviews first. They no showed on me two days in a row and never called, we had to reach out for them to tell us they couldn't come. Arrived about 5 hours late on the actual moving day. Unprepared, had no equipment and didn't protect my furniture at ALL, now of course I'm going through the claims process which I'm sure won't come close to covering my brand new couch, bed and coffee table SIGNIFICANTLY damaged (about 40 days in now). Offered a discount due to poor service and I haven't received it yet. I checked in with claims at 45 days from the move and they had never seen the original claim submission and are just starting the process now. Promised call backs that don't come. They even broke the light in the elevator and just left without saying anything. Legitimately the most poorly executed service I have received in recent memory and wildly unprofessional.
