  I do not believe that these 4 & 5 star reviews are real only because that has not been our experience AT ALL and most of those reviewers have only written 1 review. My items were picked up May 27th and now almost 1 month later- I have no clue where my things are and whats worst : I can not get anyone to return my calls, or to reply to my emails to even begin to find out when I can expect them. Corey is great when he is getting you to sign a sales agreement, but then he sends you to voicemail and never calls you back when you are needing an update. I’ve filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration - anything to try to find out anything! But still no response. Contract guaranteed 7-10 day delivery and locked in price. However, price was doubled after our items were loaded onto the truck and 30 days later, still no delivery. Essentially, it feels like we paid Bulls Moving to rob us. At this point, we would just like our stuff delivered and to move on with our lives! 6/22/21- still no contact or delivery 6/23/21- still haven’t called us back; discovered they have an Out of Service order from the FMCSA and DOT which means they are banned from moving interstate because of the number of negative complaints about them!!! 6/26/21- still haven’t heard anything from them about our delivery, but I see they’ve found time to add 3 new fake reviews about how responsive they are 7/01/21- still don’t have our things delivered yet 7/02/21- received a threatening call saying that if we didn’t cancel our bank dispute we would not get our things. Pretty much a hostage situation which is illegal according to the DOT 07/04- mover FINALLY came..only to appear with 1 driver and no unloading help. Had to hire 2 helpers from Thumbtack to unload our items. Whatever wasn’t broken, was missing! (See pictures). Then the mover did not reassemble furniture ( which the contract said that they were supposed to do) 07/09- adding insult to injury, we got a call from Bulls Moving and they offered us $100 to remove our honest review. Mind you - our “binding” quote went from $2600 to $6100, items were delivered MONTHS late, and our stuff were either missing or broken when it finally arrived- but $100 sounds fair 😒 They should lose their license and go out of business for good. Bulls Moving & Chicago Top Movers are a scam, you should be ashamed of yourselves! 7/19- filed a claim over a week ago with their “claims provider” for the damaged and missing stuff and have not heard a thing. Surprising right? Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these con artists and any of their related businesses like Chicagos Top Mover’s. Just bad news and service all around. 8/16- claim was filed almost a month ago, but no update on the progress. If the moving process is any indicator of the claim filing process, then we will be waiting a VERY long time for any response or remediation to the damages of our items, if any.

  I would give them zero stars if I could, was supposed to get my items on May 5th 2021 didn’t receive them until September 6th 2021 and what isn’t missing is damaged. When the back of the truck was opened I started bawling, everything in the truck was damaged, once boxes came off the truck I was opening boxes (the ones still sealed anyway) broken glass everywhere. Boxes were cut open and tape was missing from boxes, I had to throw away over $200 in tattoo supplies that had obviously been tampered with, my husband’s dirt bike plastic was smashed, missing 3 large boxes a box fan free weights and an entire surround sound system. Missing sentimental items like my babies footprints from the hospital when they were born. The “boss” was supposed to call me but never did, he had the driver do the dirty work, was only supposed to pay around $1900 ended up paying $2986. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their DOT number has been revoked since April 19th of 2021, they took my job on May 1st.

  Took 78 days to get my items only after having an attorney contact them. Do not use this company. They will hold your items for ransom and damage them. No claims department so you cannot get any compensation for the damages they cause. They’re operating illegally under an expired DOT number. Again do not hire them!
