My windshield was badly damaged by a couple of rocks flying off a lowbed carrying a forklift by this outfit. I called to see how they deal with such a situation and I was told first that the owner would call me back, but he never did. Then he told my husband that it wasn't his fault. I called again to make sure they understood that it is their responsibility but again the owner didn't care and refused to talk to me. Another local trucking company, PacWay, have an easy policy to pay for the damage and they have insurance for that reason! Emily seems to think that she and her boss are absolved of responsibility but they are not. Not a nice way to treat your locals. I have also witnessed their trucks running red lights, speeding while on the phone and I have been told a couple of drivers carry fake urine incase they get tested! Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Poor morals. Not to be trusted.
