  I recently moved to Florida from Georgia and had my new furniture shipped directly to C&F Movers. They held my furniture until my house was ready. The whole process was flawless. They were careful to not accept damaged items as they came in from the manufacturer. They worked with me to reschedule multiple times as my house closing was delayed three times. The team that delivered and setup my furniture were so friendly, competent, professional. An amazing experience all around.

  C&F Movers provided excellent service for our recent move from NJ to FL. They were highly professional, well organized, and communicated well at every step. Angela arranged everything for us and was with us from beginning to end. Rich and his crew were highly experienced; they packed all of our belongings with care and expertise. Everything was delivered in perfect working order and on time to the day that they told us they would arrive. The best decision we made during our moving process was to hire C&F Movers. We strongly recommend them for your moving needs!

  We decided to use this company based on the awesome quote we received when calling. The woman we spoke with said it would be $195 an hour port to port which includes 2 guys and the equipment needed to move our furniture. When the movers (who were great) were finished, they gave us our final price of $675. We were shocked as the job only took 2 hours and we only moved 2 beds from one house to another. They told us it’s a 3 hour minimum and 3 guys were moving which raised the price to $225 an hour. We were never told about a 3 hour minimum and their office should have known 3 guys were not needed, as I mentioned multiple times we were only moving 2 beds. We tried calling the office afterwards and they said yea you had an extra guy so it’s more money and then told us a truck fee was added even though I specifically asked if there was a truck fee when calling to get the quote. Super disappointed with this company, don’t recommend them and will never use again! The only good thing I can say is the movers were on time and they were nice. When we got upset about the final price they quoted as they were leaving one mover said “unfortunately we deal with this all the time.” Such a shame!

  Hi Kim, We have tried contacting you multiple times to resolve this issue. I have followed up with you via email as well. We are refunding you for the 3rd guy that was not supposed to be sent. I do apologize about that. When you called on Monday I went over pricing with you and made you aware of the 3 hour minimum. It also states the 3 hour minimum right on the contract, we require a signature of agreement on pricing and terms and conditions upon booking. You signed the contract and it clearly states the 3 hour minimum on line 1 of the contract. When your husband called a truck fee was never mentioned because “truck fee” was NOT charged to you. We have NEVER had a “truck fee” in the 30 years we have been in business. When your husband called, that is not how the conversation went… he stated the guys were great however I just paid $700 for 1 hour of work. I assured him it was $675 and in the contract that you signed it states there is a 3 hour minimum. He said my wife was quoted $150 an hour and I assured him that hourly rate is also NOT part of our rates. As we do not have any $150 rates in this company.
