I've read some reviews with people saying they were not treated nicely and I just find it hard to believe because the woman and man that work there have been extremely nice to us every single time we are there at our storage unit. The place is also very nice and clean and has very nice public restrooms.

Whoever the woman is at the front is an absolute nightmare to attempt business with. Beyond rude, unprofessional, uncooperative, and way out of line. She should never be in a position that requires customer service. The storage facility needs a better face for their company. I certainly won't recommend this storage facility to anyone based solely upon the rudeness we experienced from her.

0h yeah the fact that it's open all the time 24/7 is a wonderful thing clean and it looks just like every other story lots of doors which one more yours or mine
