  "At first, I was satisfied with the customer service. Kim worked well with me to set up my account, services and payment. I rented 2 units from her for 4 months and had all the contents from within my house stored in her units. However, when I moved my things out, I found that the units had mice and many of my belongings had been damaged. When I called to speak with Kim about the problem, she became very rude and defensive and stated she was not responsible for my damaged items. I was told that storing my belongings in an outdoor unit was like storing my things in a shed. I should have known to put mice poison out according to Kim. However , I paid to store my things where I thought they would be safe versus a shed outside. I am very displeased with my damaged belongings and mice droppings on everything in addition to her defensive attitude and lack of sympathy as well as refusal of compensation for my fees that I paid from September 2021-January 2022 . I would NOT recommend renting from this place unless you don’t care about your belongings or your money."
