  Absolutely horrible phone staff. The woman who answered the phone when i spoke with her, and explained i needed a machine moved, down a flight of stairs, across the street and up 3 flights...... she had the balls to ask me " And you can't just go buy a hand truck?".....Im sorry i am a business trying to support local business....Never again will i call them. Horrible phone etiquette. They are better off with out her.

  The guys were great with my long distance move. Friendly, very helpful and considerate. They helped with packing delicate figurines, a large painting, and so much more. After delivery, the movers helped move furniture from one room to another for me, and more importantly, the movers stood my new mattress and put the zip up mattress protector on for me(my partner tipped the boys well, and they were grateful). The guys were also careful not to damage the walls or the tile floors.

  When I scheduled my move with this company, I asked for a certain quantity of tape based on my previous moving experience. They only wanted to give me 1 roll of tape for 12 boxes. I had to ask the delivery man who came to my home to give me more tape. He only had one more roll in his truck. He told me that 2 rolls were enough for 12 boxes. I had to call their office to ask for more tape. They did not even want to give me anymore tape. They told me 2 rolls of tape should be enough for 12 boxes!!! Based on my past moving experiences, this is untrue. I had to explain myself as to why I need more tape. After explaining myself, they still wanted to leave me without one more roll of tape. I just moved last year it required 5 rolls of tape to pack all of my belongings. However, they still had an issue with providing more tape. If I'm paying for the tape, boxes & tissue paper, I should not have to explain WHY I need soo much tape!!!!

  This client is one of many moves done for a Social Service Agency. For this particular job, each client received 1 or 2 rolls of tape based on how many boxes they needed, if they needed more, they call the office and we call the Agency for approval since they were paying the bill (not the client). She received 9 Boxes and 4 Rolls of Tape.
