Have been renting for quite a while and I really love their service. Canyon Storage have very affordable units! Besides, Wanda is very nice and helpful person!😁

I ordered a Uhaul at another location in Nampa, and 10 mins before pick up I was told by a uhaul in Boise to come to this location because the other location didn’t have my needed equipment. I come to this location at 9am and they are not open. I call Boise back and this is the 3rd location I was routed to in total. He called the manager of the nampa locations and nobody could get ahold of these people that run this location. It is opening hours, and nobody is here. I am so mad I have had to go through 3 different locations, and either they don’t have what they say they do, or they refuse to open during business hours.
