We finally received a trailer kit we have been waiting on for months now. The photo below shows the package that was delivered. Very damaged packaging (despite clearly being labelled "fragile"). The parts seem to be there, so we are assembling right now, but if it's damaged, we'll habe to initiate a claim. I am livid.

We shipped a pallet of my son's belongings from San Diego to Boston. Cape Cod Express were to deliver. They called a day ahead and then when they ran late on delivery day, called again to say it would be the next morning. The driver arrived early but had to park on the opposite side of the narrow street and one house up. The driver unwrapped the pallet, and helped move the boxes from the pallet to door of my son's basement, 130 feet way, in light rain. He could have left the pallet on the street but went the extra mile to make sure the boxes weren't left out in the rain. Kudos the the driver and Cape Cod Express.

Cape Cod Express delivered a fragile glass shower door and it arrived in perfect shape. Did not get a chance to thank the driver/delivery person who was also great, brought the door right to the home. Appreciate the efforts, and the great service. Thanks.
