  This place is completely unprofessional and they will not admit to their mistakes. Their work is shotty and watching the boom lift with the dark haired guy gets my nerves going. He has no care for any of his workers and I handed him a tip to spread to his co workers and he pocketed it in front of me. I see a rotating crew every year so it seems like they don’t care about their workers.

  Captain Rod's crew did a great job pulling out our shore stations plus a platform and section of pier. Crew was professional, polite and friendly too! Seemed to enjoy their job. Asked where we wanted the items placed and used great care in removing them and placing them on shore. Great job guys!

  These guys were professional, experienced, kind, patient, flexible and careful with our equipment. I have never been here for the "move-the-lift-process". My husband usually deals with this. Initially, I messed up and told them the wrong direction for the landing position. When I figured that out...they graciously fixed my mistake. I felt safe and that our pier and lift were in GOOD hands. From the Captain to the team members...they were sweet and it was a great experience. It was a highlight in my day. It's so nice when you actually get good customer service and a company that stands behind what they do. We will have them back again.
