  They ship specific cargo. Very hard to secure and tarp. They don't care about a lot of small parts that lying on pallets and not fixed in any way. They use your flatbed or conestoga like a basket. The rest is your problem. They pay well, but it turns out you get a dangerous load with some parts that can easily to tear your tent and get lost along the way.

  Thank you for leaving a note, however we recommend that you review this complaint with your dispatcher. Cardinal was not responsible for dispatching trucks or shipping the equipment. Cardinal unloaded several trailers of loose equipment, and then assisted you and five other drivers with loading and tarping said equipment four weeks later. The owner of the cargo had declined any palletizing, banding, or additional packaging and hired your logistics company to haul the equipment. As always, the driver is responsible for securing their own cargo, but Cardinal will always assist with loading and tarping cargo to the driver's specifications. It sounds like your dispatcher neglected to notify you as to the cargo you would be hauling, and perhaps should have sent a different type of trailer like a box van. Thank you, Harrison

  I'm very satisfied with the service we get from Cardinal and would recommend them to anyone in need of rigging or trucking services.   We had a very large job with some heavy equipment items that needed removed. All members of the project team were professional and diligent, from the foreman to the guys doing the heavy lifting. Would use again and would highly recommend! Thank you!
