Jack we never get paid for a job til the job is done. We never excepted money for a job we didn't do. All our customer's pay in person so if your brother paid for a cleanout he didn't pay us. Sorry for your brother's loss. We show up no matter what and we will give free estimates and if you choose to hire us we will not except payments til the job is finished. Harold was there when I needed him most. I needed s cheap, quick mover to move just a few heavy items. Most movers charge by room or as an entire move job but Harold was willing to custimize a price for my situation. And it was extremely reasonable. Then I contacted him again few days later, after midnight mind you, and he came thru again with a customized price for my situation. He responds immediately regardless of the time and his staff are very professional, prompt, courteous, clean and do a great job quickly. I am Very pleased with my experience with Edwards Moving and Hauling and highly recommend them to everyone for any moving/hauling needs.

My brother payed them to clean out a house and they never showed. I would rate zero stars, but 1 is the minimum.
