  I had a short-notice request come up and called Carey Moving and Storage of Knoxville to see if they would be able to assist. Within 3 days, I had a truck with 3 staff members on-site to help me pack up 6 offices full of furniture, and relocate them to a storage unit. The team was nothing short of remarkable. They were on-site, extremely polite and professional, quick workers who took good care of our items, and conducted all their moves with extreme care. The time spent was a fraction of what was expected, and the final cost was cheaper than the others we received quotes from. Hands down one of the best moving experiences I have had. Even better was their ability to conduct this on extremely short notice, and provide fantastic service. Kudos...we will be calling on your again very soon!

  Carey Moving took care of my elderly dad's move from Tennesee to Texas. The two men who delivered his items did not wear masks even after I told them I felt very uncomfortable that they were not. I understand it is not fun wearing a mask, but for the safety of my elderly dad and the rest of my family, they should have worn one for the six items they moved in the house. Everything else went in the garage. Several boxes were not inventoried. My dad's chest of drawers was damaged, and I filed a claim. I received a text on Friday afternoon to inform me of my Sunday morning delivery. Mike said Kristi emailed about it, but I found nothing in my inbox or spam. Chris was very kind during our initial call. The pick up date changed, and Chris was understanding. However, I would hesitate to used them again for the reasons I previously stated. Update: I never received a call to repair the furniture the movers damaged. How disappointing.

  Right from the start the folks were extremely polite and used a lot of planning to set up all my furniture and T.V. Prior to the move they layed out protection for my floors. Some items were broken from the first company, but Mike, Jason and Christy worked extremely hard to fix the damage done. Please Hire this company, you will be super happy.
