  I called and verified the time, the addresses of pick up location and drop off location, and the time the move was going to start two days prior, and no one showed up no phone call not even to apologize or explain why no one showed up and made me have to figure out at the last minute….I would not recommend

  I called this company out of the blue, we were in a bind. The gentleman Rafael was great, he got a crew together with very short notice. The price was good, he didn't try to take advantage of our situation. We were very happy with his service. I can see why he has good reviews on here. Will use him in the future and recommend to friends and family.

  They were just great. Andre and Collins were like super-men; Collins almost lifted a stacked washer/dryer by himself. I had an appointment at 1PM, but it looked like the rain was coming early that day, so I called Raphael that morning and he was able to get the guys out 2 hours earlier, and they managed to get 99% of my stuff out of my apartment before the rain hit. And when it did rain, I panicked, the guys remained calm and we just started again when the rain stopped. I'm renovating my new house and everything has gone wrong, so it was nice to have something go right--totally worth the money to have Caring Muscle Movers take care of the move. Thanks guys!
