      When we put our deposit down we were told 12 weeks, which should have been up in August. After months and months of trying to get an install date, we were told in December our building was ready...now a month later you guys say it isn't ready.. We have been waiting 10 months! We now have several thousand dollars worth of classic cars sitting in the rain and snow and paying $500 a month in storage fees for our other stuff! I would not recommend this company to anyone!! REFUND OUR DEPOSIT. WE WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED! UPDATE: You promised us the building would be here by Feb. 11. It is now Feb 12, we are still sitting here with an empty pad and nobody wants to answer the phone! Your company is full of lies and we are done with the smoke being blown! We don't want the building anymore....REFUND THE DEPOSIT!!!

As you know, we are expecting the installation to take place within the next two weeks and we have been seeking the assistance of Coast to Coast''s management team who is our partner in your area. Oregon is a difficult area at this time to service but I assure you that our team is not giving up on giving your Dad the structure he needs there.       We notified this company in September 2021 that our slab was ready to install the garage. It is now April 2022, 7 mo later and no install date or communication with the company. Daniel my salesman pushed questions to Amanda customer rep and now no one will answer my emails. Until I see a garage before my permit expires I don’t give it any stars and would not recommend you sign a contract or give them money without having an attorney look at it. I’m doing this after the fact and should have done it before.

      Contracted a building for a barndo end of December and was told by our salesman that we would be able to do all kinds of work ourselves to save money to stay within budget. Fast forward 2 months to last week. It has been like pulling teeth to get any movement on required paperwork or to get any information. I contacted the main office to try to get an answer and was advised that nothing we were promised would be able to happen. On top of this, which was going to be an extra $150k+ on our build, we were informed the price of the building itself was even wrong by around $15k! So…. Had a conversation with the sales manager who advised they would have a sit down with that particular salesperson and the higher ups and get back with us the next day. The next day came around and we were advised they confirmed what we were told, confirmed we wouldn’t be able to do work ourselves, but the original salesperson was adamant about seeing this through with us. Why in the world would we want to continue working with the man that had been straight up lying to us for two months?!?! The only reason this company got two stars was for the effort of Junior who genuinely seemed to want to help us and was stuck between a rock and a hard place in this situation. Check your contract and get things in writing with this company! Update to the owner: we were under the impression from William (original salesperson) that our second price was accurate but then learned that price was still incorrect by over $15k. The price was discounted originally not to help us out but was a promotion offered by the company to boost sales at the end of 2021. Not a favor to us. We shouldn’t have even had to have been given the offer to work with the partner because of the promises and expectations that had been made to us throughout the process by William. This was going to be our forever home so we are not looking to compromise on our size and options. Carport Central had an employee go rogue so now covering themselves is all that matters and no other solutions were offered but to pay $150k over our budget and continue with the salesman who created the problems.

We did price the building accordingly and even at a discounted price to help you. However, Junior and our manager Michael tried to resolve the situation the best they could by offering to set up a meeting with our affiliated partner who is a general contractor, to get the project started. We truly do apologize this building is not within your budget but if you are open to downsizing, we can come up with a floor plan that can be perfect for you.
