Arrogant, irresponsible and incompetent. After my shipment arrived from the East Coast, they sent me a message and I replied with detailed instructions. They called me back and told me that I would have to wait for them to decide if they could send me a small truck. A long time later they told me that they would deliver, them choosing the delivery date and giving themselves a long time window. After receiving an automatic call that my shipment would arrive in 30 minutes, hours later I received a call telling me that they would not deliver and would not give me a new delivery date. Basically, as far as I can tell, I work for them so that they can treat me anyway they wish.

Furniture store contracted with CBC moving to deliver my items. One end table was severely damaged and I refused it. The delivery/ assembly men put together my entertainment center improperly. Not only that they damaged a shelf and hid it, and the lights don’t work. I was not happy with the item, they refused to return it, actually gave me no choice but told me to contact the furniture company and when they sent a new one out they would swap them. That never happened. They wanted to send out their “furniture specialist” to see if he could reassemble it properly. Seriously? They also put my end table together backwards, we had to fix it and in the process discovered other minor damage. I dealt with the furniture company but feel I deserve compensation from CBC moving. Contacted Better Business Bureau, filed a claim, but this company never responded. Figured as much as they are untrustworthy and have no respect for the customer. I am probably going to take this matter further as suggested by the BBB, so this company can’t give this shabby service to other unsuspecting customers. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
