  Movers called 20 minuted before arrival and came to the wrong address. They loaded less than one bedroom's worth of items from one large and moved it into another garage less than 2 miles away. They damaged the gutters to my house with their truck. They then charged me over $600 for less than two hours' worth of work. The movers themselves were kind people, but their supervisor was rude and unprofessional when I spoke to him over the phone regarding charges.

  The movers were very helpful and friendly and I don't have any issues with them; the inconvenience is with the company. They charged me since they left the warehouse at "6 am" and get at my apartment around 8:30 am (2 1/2 hrs from Tukwila to Seattle??? -charged $404 just for that) then I was charged for the full 8hrs of their day "just in case" promising to refund if it was less time, I've been waiting for my refund of 1.5 hrs (aprox $300) since 11/29 and keep calling them saying that they will do it but just don't. I will follow-up with a complaint with the BBB and dispute this charge with my bank.

  The movers were perfectly fast and efficient when they actually got here and started the move, but there was a lot of weirdness to the overhead. First, they didn't show at their initially quoted time of 8 AM-10AM, instead letting us know after that window that their morning move had taken longer than expected and they'd be there between 12 and 2. At 2 they called saying they'd be over within an hour. They also quoted an hour each way to and from Tukwila which was a pretty obvious lie - Google maps quotes around 20-30 minutes and the customer service representative backed this up after we complained, noting the GPS data said it was really half an hour each way. At 202 an hour that extra hour really costs
