Horrible communication and customer service. Ordered a couch from Amazon and evidently they were the chosen carrier for delivery (not MY choice). I got a notice that the couch would be delivered on a specific date and so I took that day off work (BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK WEEKENDS) and then got 2 different notifications from Amazon that it would be delivered on a different day, so I put myself back on the schedule. Just got confirmation from CBC that it is arriving on the original day. So now I get to call out AND deduct a day of pay so that I can accommodate their conflicting delivery schedule. Use a mover that a) communicates clearly with all parties and b) can deliver on a weekend. Isn't that typically when people move anyway? UPDATE: they saw yet another horrible review and called -- did they call to say they would reschedule my delivery? Nope - just reiterated that "we don't work on weekends AT ALL". Super unhelpful. I wish I could drop another star.

Scheduling was a bit rough but once I made the schedule the communication and delivery staff were great! I had a 1000 pound hot tub delivered and the guys were very accommodating. I really appreciate their willingness to drop the hot tub at a location that would be easiest for me to move to its final destination.

They communicate and answer their calls but expect delays. In my opinion they seem overbooked or understaffed. Committed deliver dates have been moved and pushed back making it hard to consider them reliable.
