RUDE & unprofessional! I was told there was a unit available for me. Gave them my info and was told i didnt need to pay upfront to hold the unit. When i showed up the very rude man told me he assumed i would call to make sure the unit was still available. He should have called me if something happened and it was no longer available, he had my info. He told me it was available, took my info to "hold it", said i didnt need to prepay to hold it and when i showed up there was no unit. Very poor business!
