Driver Josh is absolutely wonderful! He is very efficient, courteous and does his absolute best every time. I wish there were more delivery drivers like him that can provide service just as efficiently as him. In the past, whenever there has been a hiccup in our shipments, he goes the extra mile to find out answers to resolve the issue. You have a star player in your company!

I've been trying for days to pick up the motor that is sitting at the Hub in my city, but between the poor customer service and the fact that they don't actually man their Hub it has been like pulling teet, I have picked up many items from all sorts of different hubs before and I've had somewhat negative experiences but nothing on this level, they have zero respect for your free time. One of the guys next door told me they can't even keep employees, I can't imagine why. Avoid like the plague.
