I have to give credit when credit is due... FedEx Freight did a great job of getting my delivery to me, even during a very major snow storm. They were not able to deliver directly to my rural home because the county road is not passable to tractor trailer rigs that size during blizzard conditions but they agreed to meet me at a local truck stop and transfer my pallet from there truck to my pickup truck via lift gate and pallet jack.....thank you very much.

DO NOT USE FedEx FOR SHIPPING! FedEx is absolutely the worst freight company out there. They do not pickup shipments when they say then do not deliver when it is scheduled and customer service is not a priority. The only 5 star review I see is from an employee... FedEx does not to care about the service they say they will provide. AGAIN, DO NOT USE FedEx!
