Just had CTS pack and ship all of my personal belongings. They did pretty good overall. Had an issue with the arrival times of the trucks on both days. On the load day I was told they would arrive around 9:00 am, but they didn't arrive until 1:00pm. Other than the time issue, there was no other issues. They handled all my property with care and did not make any mess.
