    Out of state move with this company. The delivery on 10/19/2021 was a nightmare! The driver arrived at 6:02p to unload a huge load by himself. I called the office to express my concern but they didn’t postpone the delivery until next day. I paid a significant cost for this service and feel that my expectations were not met on the delivery end. 1. Furniture was left unassembled and legs were missing for my couch and ottoman and never located due to manpower issues. We were left to find and install the missing legs on the couch and ottoman on Wednesday 10/20/2021. The two Tv’s were left boxed and again we had to setup them up on 10/20/2021. The driver Dee completed the job at 1:00A but only with help from my husband. I also loaded all the blankets back in the truck. 2. My husband assembled my dining room table, unpacked chairs, assembled bed, unpacked bedroom dresser and installed dresser mirror, unpacked chest. Helped driver Dee with China chest which is in two pieces. I paid a significant cost for this move and do not feel my expectations were met on delivery date. This delivery was extremely exhausting for my husband and myself. It was way too late for such a large load! I spoke to Ryan in home office and he told me to send an email. I want compensation for this management fiasco and will find a route to escalate my issues. Once you pay all their required fees you’re basically held hostage because you don’t have a say

    The men who picked up my stuff were very nice, did a great job, didn't bump anything around the house. The items were transferred to another driver at one point in the transition and I recieve my furniture broken, scratched, and dented as well as my wall being dented. I was given no apology for the condition of my furniture as well as the movers leaving a roll of tape under my tv stand and told me it would be fine and that a roll of tape would support my TV stand and a TV with a sounds system. You'll recieve several different versions of payment requirements and delivery dates. The delivery man was extremely rude. After asking a few questions the head delivery individual told us that it's wasting time that they could be using to deliver others belongings and we'd be charged for another hour. Paperwork is rushed, nothing is explained. DO NOT USE.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We were charged $1100 more on pick up day. We were told repeatedly that our things would be delivered 4-14 business days from the first available delivery date. That time came and went, no belongings delivered. The first time I called them they didn’t have in my file that my belongings were even picked up and dispatch would be in touch. They did not try to reach out. On another occasion we were told they legally had 30 business days to deliver and that they called and told us it would be 30 business days the day before pick up. Obviously not true, because we would have canceled right then and there. When we asked for the call log(everything is recorded) to prove that was not said. Never got them. Every time we have reached out managers or dispatch are not available and don’t return calls. Not once have they offered compensation for a late delivery. Numerous times I called asking for a physical location of our belongings and never got an answer about where they were until someone from arbitration called them for me. Only to find out that they are sitting in their warehouse in NJ. 32 business days later and they can’t give me an ETA of when our belongings will be here because they don’t have a truck coming this way(SD). I offered to come pick up my belongings and to get a full refund but obviously you have to get permission to pick up your own belongings from management (again, never in and doesn’t return calls). They never should have taken the job if it was such a hassle for them. Save yourself the time, frustration and money! Oh and my account is under Roof. I don’t want you to not be able to find it in those files of yours.
