  "ZERO STARS if it let me! First time moving and what was suppose to be an exciting moment in my life, became the most horrific experience I ever had. Where do I even start? Four hours late, brought the tinniest Haul truck for a 2 bedroom apartment move. Mind you, the owner, Ty, took photos or my belongings prior to my move to evaluate what size truck would be needed. He then added an extra charge, stating they needed a bigger truck for my belongings. However, showed up with a “toy truck” and they jammed and damaged my furniture while loading and having to unload again to readjust. My furniture laying on the concrete ground with no protection being scratched, broken and soiled. My neighbor, 13 year old child, and a few friends eventually had to help, basically doing my move for my Paid “movers” hauling my things up while a couple of lazy movers didn’t do much. Extremely unprofessional! I missed my cable installation appointment at my new place due to these “movers” not being on time and charged a $80 fee for not being in my apartment when technicians arrived. Also some of my belongings did not make it to me. A partner that was working with him took a few of my belongings into his car to transfer to my home because there was no space left on the truck. I call Ty the owner the next morning, made him aware that his partner still has my belongings in his car and drove off home with it. Mind you these were not small items they were large glass items and mirror. How could you forget!?!??! I was in tears from this entire moving experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR PUT YOUR VALUABLES AT RISK! They do not value or handle your property with any care in the world. This is what happens when you Google “Movers near me”."
