Very happy with the team sent to me. Alex, José and William; They tried to worked as fast as possible.. Even though I had a big load … the bus was full to the top. I didn’t see them dragging their feet. They tried to be fast. I rented a storage 10 X 20 abs is fulled to the top. The storage I have is in the 3rd floor; they needed to use elevator… even with the elevator I saw them working hard. When finished I went to the bus and was empty. They didn’t forget to take anything out of the truck!! I am happy about that as well. I will be using them again when I move and I recommend them as well. The sent the best team they had. When I called to make the reservation James took it and told me not to worry “I got you” And he got me alright!!!!! Thank you James for sending the best team you have! It’s the first time that when I am told not to worry, I got you , it really happens . I wish you well abs thank you guys!

Regardless of the bad service I have received, the team that has been sent to me actually stole multiple items from my house. I called the manager and the owner few days later and they claimed that some of the items were forgotten in the truck (For a week) and they returned them while the other valuable items are gone!!. While I appreciate the quick response of the owner and his offer to cooperate in the investigations with the authorities, I cannot believe that you are sending unsafe teams to people houses who are ready to steal things including kids stuff. I wouldn't advise to deal with this company as they're clearly hiring people without any background check.

Chapa’s moving service arrived on time, friendly movers and worked effectively. I loved how they handled my furniture and wrapped each item…. They did an amazing job and would definitely recommend and would use again if needed!! Thanks for an awesome and safe move
