  I called Rick's knowing that they have such a great reputation. The movers were on time, professional, fast, strong, and finished with in our time frame. We had such a great experience and the price range is excellent. I highly recommend Rick's!

  Failed to let me know they broke an item. They were dishonest and deceitful by not letting me know. I found out the next day when I went to check on some things. They should have been honest enough to let me know what happened and given me the broken piece, but they didn’t and I don’t even have the part that was broken off.m to try and glue back on. It was the right arm of a Tyrannosaurus rex, I’ve had it for twenty years. I ‘m just heartbroken and sick about what they did. They know my residence, I wish they would return the broken piece.

  Rick's moving stored our furniture and boxes from an out of state move until our house was ready. They used a shared warehouse and LOST OUR STUFF. A side chair for a living room set, some step stool ladders (both conveniently disappeared), dining room chairs, and other boxes. BE CAREFUL WHEN HIRING THESE PEOPLE.
