  The only reason I give 3 stars is due to the outstanding job James did, once they finally arrived. He was professional, careful and worked quickly. I called last minute, two days before the move, looking for movers. The owner assured us it was not an issue. I called three times after they arrived 2 hours later than they said they would come on the day of the move. I appreciate honesty in a business and was give three different reasons as to why they were late with each call. Once they guys arrived they apologized on behalf of the company and got right to work. The guys did a great job. It turned out they were very booked that day.

  Good: Friendly and courteous movers Fair prices (when quote is honored) Bad: Difficult to get ahold of the company Lack of efficiency Damage to furniture Definitely a hard company to contact. I managed to get ahold of the owner once by phone for an estimate. Having to follow-up was beyond difficult, I tried emailing and calling several times going to a full voice mailbox. If you need to get in contact with him I’d recommend texting him. Others seemed to have had a better experience than I did. On the day of service they brought 3 movers even though I had only signed up for 2. They assured me I would not be charged extra as it was their error. Ok, perfect. The guys were friendly and courteous, but my goodness did they take a while. I’ve had two movers from other companies complete the job in half the time. It was hot out and I understand breaks and hydrating is important and required, but half the time they were sitting in their car or texting. When packing there was no rhyme or reason as to how things were placed in the truck. Furniture pads I had taped on were falling off. After inspecting my furniture, several pieces were scuffed and bits broken off. When they finally completed the job, the total came out to more then what I was quoted. This was because they had 3 guys... after being told I would not be held accountable. After negotiating with the owner he agreed to the price originally quoted. Every move is different. Hopefully, based on the good reviews, you have a better experience then I did.

  Great job. 3 guys came and they worked fast and efficient. They were very careful with my things, most moving companies drag their feet because they are being paid by the hour. Because of this, I would never use them again, but I will use Chattanooga moving if I need movers again.
