The lady at the front desk was very unprofesional on the phone. I was tring to get a truck with a pick up time of 5 pm. And she said if i wasnt there before 5 or at 5 she would be closing?? I said ok if i get there before 5? She said " ha! If you get here before 5!" Yea sure " !!?. Never have i ever delt with someone so unprofesional in my life. I would not want someone like that representing my company. I will not rent there again. Ill drive out of my way to wenatchee so i dont have to deal with her.

My mom was in there this morning to rent a truck. The old lady working the desk was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. She is lucky that we needed the truck TODAY or she would of went somewhere else. Never going back to this place if they allow employees to treat CUSTOMERS like that. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
