  I hired this company with good faith, unfortunately my furniture was damaged during the moving process. The acknowledged the damage, its even written on my receipt with promises of repairing it. The owner agreed to repair the damages and asked for photos and I sent them including a video. Once he received the pictures he called be back super upset stating there was no way to repair it and never called me back since. He won't answer or text back so now I'm here. This is a warning to others, beware of this unreliable company full of empty promises.

  Unfortunately no moving company covers particle board furniture. We have this on every invoice including the invoice you signed. The reason particle board furniture is never covered by moving companies is because it is actually made of sawdust and glue. This makes it impossible to repair. This is the reason we do not cover particle board furniture. When we received the pictures we advised that because it is particle board furniture we cannot repair it. We always try to safely move particle board but it is never guaranteed. We have a separate disclaimer that is read and signed by every customer. The last message we sent to you was returned. I did not receive any other messages. We also don’t know the condition of the item before we moved it because it was already shrink wrapped by you prior to us even arriving on the day of your move.

  The movers showed up late, with no boxes. Then the owner took 2 hours get bring boxes. Then he wanted to be paid in full even though they didn't "have time" to finish. So they agreed to come back the next day at 10am to load the truck. They didnt show. I am moving out of the country in 2 days and the owner said he couldn't come until later next week. He was very nonsullant and full of excuses. He went through everything very throughly and he failed as a business, as an owner and the contract. CAREFUL if you do business with them. They are NOT reliabl.

  Yes we did drop the ball on the day of your move and delivered the boxes late. You were never charged for the time it took to deliver the boxes and we ended up waiting for you to come back to your home so the move could start. You advised the movers they had to leave at 3pm. Unfortunately the crew we were sending, you did not want. We were trying to help you and work with you. I completely understand that some customers you just cannot please.

  Great moving company all around! The guys were great, shout out to Chris, Tony, and the others! Very professional and best prices around! I would highly reccomend! They had 5 guys and 2 trucks, moved our whole office in less than 5 hours!! Great job guys! Thank you!
