Terrible customer service. Depending on where you live your power may go out at least once a week.The cost is much higher than other power companies.They have a complete monopoly on power in the area so customers/ taxpayers have no option but to use them. They will not help customers over the phone and they only stopped charging a fee to pay online a year ago. This company is very poorly managed. About eight years ago they caught their own employees stealing copper wire in bulkFrom the substations and instead of going after the employees for restitutionThey actually raised rates on customers and taxpaying citizens.
