  Chris is not to be trusted. He took my deposit, lied about his arrival time and never refunded my deposit. That's the short version. I had to contact Thumbtack in order to report him and they had to refund my money. This is why he's no longer in Thumbtack.

  Chris promised a full refund of my deposit- about 27 days ago. Every time I ask where it is, he replies, "Refund is in process." He is a liar, unprofessional - asked for my picture. Gross. He didn't fulfill his promise and agreed upon time of arrival. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Heed my advice. He will have every excuse in the book why he can't keep his promise. Former company name has an F rating with the BBB.

  Do NOT use this company. He's changed the name because he has an F rating from the BBB. I set my date and time, but the area flooded. We set a time for a Tuesday at 9 a.m. That was fine because I HAD to be in my new city no later than 4p.m. that day (3 hours drive.) I texted the day before to confirm. He said he'd be there but now between 9 - 10. Okay. Fine. The morning of, at 8a he texts to say he has no idea what time he'll be there, not even an estimate. Back and forth, back and forth. Types it's not his fault he can't be there at the agreed upon time. I told him my commitment in the new city. He would not give me a time. I had to hire another company that cost an arm and leg. At 1pm he texts said he could come by. By that time I was already driving to the new city all packed up. By the way, several days earlier he kept asking for my picture- wanted to know who he was texting. I said no. It was creepy. He never, ever would have asked a man for his picture. It was creepy. Chris promised a full refund.....14 days later no refund. I kept recieving an invoice for an unpaid balance. I texted and emailed to make that stop. I went to the BBB to file a complaint. He finally stopped sending me the invoices, but texted that if I didn't remove the BBB complaint he would send the balance to a collections agency. Unreal. He threatened to send me to a collections agency for services not rendered. I have proof of his threat and am ready to take legal action. He is a liar and unprofessional. All I asked were two things - a full refund and for the invoices to stop coming. We'll see what happens, but I beg you, do not use this company.
