  "We moved from NC to France. We aren't new to international moves. This is the worst. They broke things while packing and told us they would be repaired, but that never happened. They even made us unpack about 40 boxes so their "professionals" could do it. Their "professionals" are hamfisted clowns. For instance, a hand-carved, hand-rigged model of a schooner was wrapped in packing paper and taped tightly, which crushed the rigging and then placed in a box under linens! It's ruined. I had specifically asked them for a separate box. (I will try to post photos and videos.) Please don't trust them like we did. They are untruthful and unprofessional. Dr. Jack N. Lawson"
