  "STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. I scheduled a pick of some things for to be taken to storage. The date I scheduled is not the date they confirmed and when I called to say there had been a mix up for tomorrow and I needed it Friday they said they were unable to accomodate. This was early in the morning today (5/31). I was then called by the person whose belongings I was having moved and he said he would move them instead so I called them at 3:07 p.m. to cancel the entire thing....AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 5 MINUTES... making it 3:12, the person operating at a level just above plant life came back on the phone and confirmed the cancellation but it would be a $100.00 fee because it was after 3:00. I CALLED AT 3:07...REALLY?? I think the CEO MARCUS MOLLMAN needs to train his folks on customer service and hire people with BASIC COMMON SENSE. She remembered talking to me earlier in the day and that alone should have satisfied the 3:00 cut off time...I wasn't happy earlier and I called to cancel. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFFS. Good luck collecting on the $100.00. I have placed an unauthorized hold on them at my bank and the transaction will not be processed. BYE FELICIA!"
