  I would not recommend this company if they were the last one on earth. We made a move with the military and we have now received our goods and have begun unpacking only to discover the people who packed our things had no regard for any of our things. They mislabeled boxes, packed delicate items with other things, and we have hundreds, no exaggeration, of damaged items. My husband’s guitars were thrown into a box with children toys, and that’s just one example of the complete disrespect that was shown towards our things.

  Zero stars!!! This is how these people pack your items. Thrown in boxes and no wrapping of fragile items. So many of our items are broken, bent, torn. Books thrown in dish packs which made it too heavy for the movers to move. It is so upsetting. This company hires these guys right off the streets and they have no idea how to pack. Billy, the manager, tried to smooth talk us, however, he couldn't even provide a proper number of boxes to pack our items and staff that aren't trained properly. If you are told that Coastal is assigned as your packing agent, please refuse and just pack yourself. This has by far been the worst packing company we have used. Rude, conniving, disrespectful, untrained, and uncaring. I have been in tears everytime I unpack a box in my new home now. PLEASE FOR YOUR SANITY AND PROTECTION OF YOUR HHG, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! See pictures of how this company will treat your items. Complete disrespect!! I was nothing but kind to these men. Bought them lunch and tipped everyday and this is how my items were treated. Absolutely disgusted by this company and how I was treated!!!#

  We were able to look up the move specifics by researching the tag provided. First off, we sincerely apologize for any damages that occurred. We don't take this lightly and will discipline the crew members on this job and will use this as constructive criticism for the future as this is not a reflection of our company's quality and ethic.

  Quite disappointed. While packing up the spare bedroom, the movers picked up the bed frame and completely broke the ceiling fan, the blades on the fan were gauged and one blade completely broke off. Neither my husband or I were I the room at the time so they hid the broken fan blade in thier vehicle hoping we wouldnt notice. My husband did and confronted them about it. They tried to play it off and assured us that the company would call in a couple days time to fix it. They never called, we tried calling them repeatedly and could not get ahold of anyone. We ended up footing the bill and having to fix the fan ourselves before moving out. On top of that they packed a live plant, open food, and open toiletries. I really expected better.
